Our story
From a lakehouse on a quiet Norwegian lake to a villa on the Caribbean coast. Every home in our collection has been personally visited and selected. Not because it ticks an endless list of requirements, but because it has something special: a remarkable location, a wonderful atmosphere, beautiful design, and above all the chance to create memories there.
Because for us, a special holiday is not only about where you stay, but about what you experience there.
Waking up to views over the water, cooking together after a day outdoors, diving into the lake from your own jetty, or exploring the coast by boat. Long evenings around the table, unexpected places along the way, and sometimes, simply having nothing to do at all.

From two lakehouses to the By Kiki Collection
It began with our own two lakehouses on a private peninsula in Norway. A place where we experienced first-hand how much difference it makes when it's not just the house that is special, but everything around it too.
From there, By Kiki Collection was born. Today we select exceptional holiday homes in places we love to visit ourselves — from the lakes of Telemark to the Caribbean coast of Curaçao.
Because for us, an unforgettable stay is about more than a beautiful home. It is the combination of place, experience and personal attention that makes you think back on it for a long time.
