How do I choose the right home?
Tell us your wishes, dates and number of guests. We know every home personally and are happy to help you think it through, so you choose a home that truly suits you.
Why book with By Kiki?
Every home in our collection has been personally visited and selected. You book with people, not a platform: we're available by WhatsApp, e-mail and phone, and around the clock during your stay.
Is it cheaper to book elsewhere?
No. We are transparent about our prices and charge no booking fees. For each home, you can see exactly what is included and which costs are separate, such as cleaning and bed linen.
When do I pay for my booking?
You pay in two parts: a 30% deposit when you book, and the remaining 70% no later than 60 days before arrival. You'll receive a payment link for each. If you book within 60 days of arrival, you pay the full amount at once.
What are the cancellation terms?
You can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. If you cancel after that, the amount paid will not be refunded. You'll find the full cancellation terms with your booking, and you'll also receive them in your confirmation.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
No, we don't ask for a security deposit for the home. At a number of our holiday homes, it is possible to add a boat to your booking. A separate deposit applies to this, which you'll get back after your stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Times vary by home and are listed in the terms. Early check-in or late check-out is sometimes possible, so please feel free to ask us.
Can my dog come along?
Dogs are welcome in some of our homes. We always charge a fee for a pet. On the homes page, you can filter by "Dogs welcome".
Can I get a cot or high chair?
Travelling with a little one? A cot and high chair are provided as standard. If you're coming with more than one baby, just let us know. We'll gladly see what's possible.
Can you arrange extra services?
Certainly. From a private chef to a boat trip or welcome package: we're happy to put you in touch with carefully selected local partners. Interested? Send us a message and we'll gladly share the possibilities and all the details.

We'd love that! On our rental page you can read how we work and list your property. We review every submission personally and will get in touch if the property suits our collection.
